is it from a ready made sauce or are you following a recipe?
If its a recipe your best bet would be to work out the points per item in the recipe. if its a sauce then look up the nutritional contents on the label and put them into a point calculator like this https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...Watchers&hl=en
