Help needed please!! Pro plus point differ from old style ponits system???

Why do the Pro plus points on weight watchers foods differ from old style ponits system?
If I use the old style points chart for the ready meals etc they always work out les points than the pro points. Why is this? Help!!!

    Hi Nicola

Are you talking about points from 3 or so years ago on the discover plan? If so, pro points is a totally different system & points are worked out according to protein, total carb, total fat & fibre content, not calories & sat fat like the old days...

The absolute minimum you are on is 26pp a day and you can't carry points over like on the old plan, this is because there is now a weekly allowance of 49pp.

You can still stick to the old plan, many do, or switch to pp, but it'll probably mean going to a few meetings/joining online.

If this isn't what you meant then I have no idea either!
