Asda chicken and mushroom pasta pot.

These are on offer at the mo and thought id get some to try for a quick lunch idea. Worked out the PP from the NV and it comes out at 3pp. Seems awfully low so im posting them here so someone can clarify please. It says 61g on the pot for weight if this helps.

Typical values per 100g (made up as directed)
    123kcal
    3.4g protein
    19.8g carbs
    2.8g fat
    2.3g fibre

Is this a pp bargain or me being a plank again?!

I would say they would be more than 3pp. If it it says the nv's are per 100g prepared as directed up then you would have to weigh it after water etc was added and use that weight to work them out.
