About LinkBacksAre innocent smoothies free? I checked the ingredients and if all the contain is fruit and nothing else then they should be free right? Or very low? I looked it up on the app and it said 4pp for 250ml of the mango and passion fruit one. Baffled!

Any fruit that is made in to a smoothie is points x basically when the fruit is blended down it creates natural sugar! X
