    Chinese

    Could someone please give me an idea of what I could get from chinese and how many pro points? I have plain boiled rice, I don't like egg and I don't like chow main.
    Thanks in advance. I should have full 49 weeklies and prob 20 dailies x

    Ooh this is great, its for my tea tonight, I was determined to stay on plan as 1st week at WW and first wi today - loss of 7lb so promised hubby takeaway tonight instead of on Valentine's day x

    This is perfect thanks, I usually crispy fried chicken in Peking sauce.......so if I'm trying to be good I swap for chicken char sui so I'll have this with plain rice, thanks! x
