I am used to doing propoints but I have decided to try the Healthy & Filling days to kick start my weight loss.
Porridge sachets come up as 4 points to count but normal porridge is free on healthy & filling days. Will I have to count these points?
I was wondering the same thing. I start F&H tomorrow and wanted porridge but only have sachets. Surely these count as oats?
Well I have just had my first week back weigh in & I lost 3lbs! I ate the porridge sachets all week. I suppose they may need to be counted as may have sugars etc in the golden syrup ones or additives. I didnt count them & still lost. Although this week I have just got normal porridge oats & have weighed out 30g for breaksfast.
