    Total Weight Loss: 0st8lb
    Weight to Lose: 1st6lb

    Porridge sachets

    Hi

    I am used to doing propoints but I have decided to try the Healthy & Filling days to kick start my weight loss.

    Porridge sachets come up as 4 points to count but normal porridge is free on healthy & filling days. Will I have to count these points?


    January 2010 13.8lbs WW (2 months after the arrival of my son)
    January 2012 12.0lbs WW Propoints
    August 2012 10.10 - NOW 11.6lbs..damn you Christmas! Need to get back on it!
    March 2013 11.6lbs Back to WW classes! Fresh start!
    Start weight - 11st 6lbs
    Week 1- 11st 3lbs - 3lb loss
    Week 2
    Week 3
    Week 4
    Week 5
    Week 6

    I was wondering the same thing. I start F&H tomorrow and wanted porridge but only have sachets. Surely these count as oats?

    Well I have just had my first week back weigh in & I lost 3lbs! I ate the porridge sachets all week. I suppose they may need to be counted as may have sugars etc in the golden syrup ones or additives. I didnt count them & still lost. Although this week I have just got normal porridge oats & have weighed out 30g for breaksfast.
