    would someone kindly have a look for me as its not in my book, how many pp are in chicken bovril (in a jar) and more importantly if it is free on simply filling (filling & healthy)

    Esource says that 12g of Chicken Bovirl (is it in a cube or something?) is 0 points.
    Originally started in Jan 2013 but went totally off the rails during Feb thanks to going back to work. Have restarted for the last time...

    sorry was making lunch, about 12g per portion its to make kfc chicken , using whole jar 125g makes about 10 pieces x thank you
