    How many propoints do i need?

    I know the standard propoints are 26 now but I have gained a significant amount of weight since i last went to a meeting (months ago - i left because of severe social anxiety) and lost my book with the formula in it. All the online calculators and apps are showing me conflicting allowances. Can anyone tell me the correct amount of propoints i need?

    I'm a 25 year old woman,
    not pregnant,
    not breastfeeding.
    I'm 5ft 1
    and 13 stone 1 pound.

    Help would be hugely welcomed!
