Fell off the band wagon inspiration needed

Hi all

I feel like this place was my saviour when I was in the thick of losing weight this time last year.
However when I could feel myself slacking and not pointing up I was almost petrified to come on here..
Anyone else ever feel like that?

So it has been almost a year since I took WW pro points seriously.
Putting a stone on in a year was put down to life being busy but in this day and age it was just an excuse.

I always have the intention, particularly on a Sunday that I'm going to start afresh and then...mmmm hot chocolate HELLO
The next week comes along, same intentions and then BOOM I'm holding a mocha in my hand thinking ah this is worth it. But it really isn't. After seeing the success WW did for me I have to get myself back into some sort of sanity with my weight before I feel like the whole world is persecuting me for having a muffin.....not to mention the muffin top!

Christmas is the hardest time of the year to think about sticking to pro points but I think for piece of mind it will do some good at least

So ladies and gents!

I ask you for some inspiration.. As I really feel like this is my biggest downfall
Recipes/pics/quotes/words of wisdom ANYTHING

I know there are people out there on minimins that have it in them to give me the swift kick into gear

I'm glad I'm back and looking forward to reading LOADS :)

I did go to meetings at the beginning but I did half from home then and it worked a charm so long and short of it, at home for now

My goal is for a friends wedding I'd like to lose a steady 2lbs a week which I think is doable anddddd whatelse oh yeah Wednesday mornings I will be weighing in
I have a weight watcher scales and its incredible its so precise!
A little too precise when I don't want it to be haha :)

haha always alcohol !
i use mine the weekends mainly unless i need to dip in for a couple through week! but weekends are my down fall for alcohol n takeaways etc!
and no i dont use activity points! i dont really see the point if iv worked my but off to lose weight in the gym for example i dont wanna eat for the sake of it!
but spose everyones diff :)

alcohol and weeklies go hand in hand haha I usent to drink much but ***** they are gonna be life savers from now on

hehe i used to drink cider but the banging head the next day killed that off!
i drink vodka n diet coke n am fine with that... dont get hangovers from it :)
also low on points hehe x
 
Good luck and well done for coming back, If you didnt start now you will prob put on another stone over xmas so good to get a start on it now and hopefully you will have lost at least half a stone for xmas and you will feel only lovely on your nights out over xmas :)

You're right there. Cider is THE WORST and vodka is low points I just can't face it though haha must be getting old ;)

That's exactly it imagine is be ten times more annoyed with myself if I ate all the pies between now and Xmas. I think I'm a mince pie addict hehe
