Hi, just wondering what everyone does after their weigh in. Mine was this evening, delighted with loss of 5 lbs ))) sticking with pro points. Do you eat pretty much what you fancy and start a fresh the next day counting and using next set of 49's? The reason I ask is because I was ravenous after weigh in, got home at 8pm and have practically eaten anything that wasn't nailed down!!! Just added all points up and included dailies today I'm over points by 25! So, should I just leave it and move on or subtract them from my new week (49) starting tomorrow??? Sorry if this is confusing and thanks in advance.
