Jaffa cakes are 1pp
And I have around 5-7 at a time as my treat with a coffee but I'm just thinking have I pointed then correctly hmmm
As I point 5jaffas as 5pp
By the way I'm a newbie doing this at home without ww online..

I'm exactly the same so much pressure it's like death row!!
Great week as points go and within limits but ain't drunk much water!!

Not a bad week considering only started Tuesday. I don't expect huge weight loss if anything to be honest, feel a bit bloated today for some reason. I'm doing F&H day tomorrow as hubby home for weekend :)

I too haven't drank enough so going to make more of an effort next week xx

What's f and h day Hun? Told you mind gone xx
 
Not sure how it works on my WW app though I think it changes everything for whole week not just each day so might have to do F&H or pp for a whole week or I'll get confused xx
