    Drinks query

    I am drinking plenty of water even though I really hate it but worried about using the orange squash that I usually have as it's no added sugar not sugar free. There weren't any sugar free drinks that weren't sparkling in the supermarket so has anyone got any ideas on what I can put in water that is zero points please?

    To maintain weight over summer hols (maintained for four weeks but then gained gained 6lbs )
    To complete the September Challenge (lost 6.75lbs over 4 wi's)
    To complete Kay's salad challenge (managed 4 days)
    To complete the WW Christmas weightloss challenge
    To complete the 2014 weightloss challenge
    To get back into size 10 clothes
    To reach target weight of 9st by Christmas 2014
