    Drinks query

    I am drinking plenty of water even though I really hate it but worried about using the orange squash that I usually have as it's no added sugar not sugar free. There weren't any sugar free drinks that weren't sparkling in the supermarket so has anyone got any ideas on what I can put in water that is zero points please?

    Week six: -1lb (despite a weekend off plan!)

    GOALS:

    To lose 1st by Easter - got to 10st 2.5lbs by 10th April (11.5lb loss) then off plan for two weeks over Easter.

    To get well into the 9s

    To get back into size 10 clothes

    To reach target weight of 9st by the end of July
