    Start Weight: 11st0lb
    Current Weight: 10st4.5lb
    Goal Weight: 9st0lb
    Goal Date: Christmas 2014

    Drinks query

    I am drinking plenty of water even though I really hate it but worried about using the orange squash that I usually have as it's no added sugar not sugar free. There weren't any sugar free drinks that weren't sparkling in the supermarket so has anyone got any ideas on what I can put in water that is zero points please?

    To get into the 9s
    To maintain weight over summer hols - gained 6lbs
    To lose 8lbs on the September Challenge
    To get back into size 10 clothes
    To reach target weight of 9st by Christmas 2014
