    online tracker

    Trying to work out points on tracker and it will state serving but not how much...I'm confused, what's a serving?. Also melba toast, it says 0 pp for 200 g...again, this can't be right surely. I'm worried I'm over eating, it isn't working them out right despite me putting in all the figures. Can someone recommend a point worker?? Thanks x

    I've just been onto mine and Melba toast are an item you can find on the search it's showing 6 of them are 2 points

    Yeah I used the tracker on website. Surely it depends on how big the pieces are?
