Hi everyone. Iv returnee again after a very long absence and will be doing the plan from home. Can some one please help me with a few every day basics..

Baked beans
Tinned spaghetti
Cous Cous
bacon
Turkey/chicken/pork per serving. I'm doing the simply filling till the weekend and by then I hope my points book has come off ebay

All of the above you do not have to point on Simple Start apart from the tinned spaghetti which is not on the list and therefore is not part of Simple Start.

It would work out cheaper to go along to a WW meeting as they have special offers on right now and you will get the most up to date books and you will be able to buy a ProPoints Calculator as you really do need one if you are pointing as the ProPoint value changes with the portion size...it is not a matter of doubling the points...it could be less or more depending on the nutritional values.
