Sweet Tooth.

Hello, In the morning I have a bowl of porridge for breakfast. I have tried it with nothing sweet but really like a level table spoon of 'Golden Syrup' with it. There is no mention of the points in my book of this product. Could someone tell me how many points the above product is please??

According to eSource, one tablespoon of Golden Syrup is 2 points. Enjoy.

Have you tried choc shot as an alternative too?
It is 0pp for 1 teaspoon worth or 1pp for up to 3 teaspoons worth.
It goes a really long way, great on things like fruit/yogurt, ice cream and porridge too. xxx
