Smoothie Propoints

Hi All, I'm a bit of a beginner at this so please bare with me :)

I'm wondering how I should count Smoothies. I know that the fruit I would be using seperatly eaten are zero points but I have heard that when blended they need to be counted.

This is what I would generally have in my smoothie:

Slimline Milk
1 Banana
1 Apple
3 Frozen Strawberries
3 Frozen Rasberries
A few Blackberries
Teaspoon of flax seeds

Apart from the milk and flax seeds, I'm not sure what I should be counting for the rest....any ideas?

Thanks for that Sue! I've googled it a good bit but cant seem to get a definitive answer. Starting the propoints tomorrow and love smoothies so want to make sure i'm not going to make a knock on effect when I start eathing these :)

Anyone else have any thoughts???

I make lots of smoothies, the ones with a fat free yoghurt and have only ever counted the yoghurt. 99% sure however....we need someone more educated :rolleyes:
 
Hi I asked my leader tonight as I have been having a smoothie every morning and you do not need to count the fruit unless you were having excessive amounts. I have 200ml of coconut water 1 banana handful of frozen cherries and spinach and I have one every morning for 1pp
