Weekly points

Hello everyone newbie here :) I'm doing ww for the second time but from home this time. I'm using the value diary app. I haven't really lost much as yet but was just wondering...........will I gain if I use all my weekly points as well as my daily ones? Currently on 26 daily due to height and weight. Would be great to hear from you all xxx
 
Hi sparkle i actually find the weeks i eat all my 49 are the ones i do the best, i dont eat back any activity points i earn though, which in fairness isnt alot anyway!
 
Thanks Lou! I've been doing this since early January and my weight has certainly gone up and down. Last wk I lost 2lbs but used a lot of my points then this wk I gained 1lb. I've not been drinking for about a month so had a few Friday all of which counted for and had a curry too! Hoping this wk I will lose again xxx
