Ingredients

1 lb mushrooms
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 veg stock cubes
small tub light soft cheese
salt and pepper
1.5 pints water

Instructionsfinely chop the onions and garlic and saute off in frylight, finely chop the mushrooms and add to the pan and cook until soft, add the water and the stock cubes, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins, add salt and pepper to taste and lastly add the tub of light cream cheese.
