yeah i am a little worried it might be hard sticking to but i am craving the junk food so if i have a week on pp i can have the meals like fish an chips at the weekend, but i do really like the free foods on simply filling, hopefully i can have the best of both diets

so i lost 5lb this week that gets me back to what i was 2 weeks ago (gained 5lb in the last 2 weeks).

so starting pp today so far so good!
