Tired today, my daughter was very restless all night so didn't get much sleep, I've alot to do today as well.
Very very snacky and extra hungry today. Feels like I ate alot but I didn't stuff myself, although I was extra hungry. Think its because I'm tired.

No no rice noodles aren't free, but I'm intolerant to wheat, it makes me very ill so I have tweaked the simply filling list to suit me a bit though, I just watch my portions of the food that aren't really on the list. Sorry x
