    Packet of velvet crunch 2p
    Kiwi

I am off out for a bottle of wine and pizza tonight but I walk a hell of a lot in the week with having 4 dogs plus a foster dog so I am hoping my exercise points will cover it this week if not I am not going to worry as I rarely go out due to husband working nights and having an 8 year old so I am going to enjoy myself

I always chuckle when I read ex slimming worlders doing the super filling cos we all love the luxury of having bread lol. I've come over from sw and its such a nice diet. I like having tinned fruit too and not having to have one third superfree with EVERYTHING lol. Good luck Hun xx

I liked slimming world but sometimes just missed having something normal like bread. I used to find I'd keep eating cos I wasn't satisfied. Let me know how you find your loses on sf. I'm joining a group wed and will need all the help and support I can get xx

I'll let you know, this week won't be a total week on plan after last night but still hoping for a good loss as didn't really follow SW the previous week. I am eating a lot less on this plan than SW as I find the brown rice/pasta fills you up quicker.

    TODAY

    Breakfast

2 slices WW grained toast with choc philli 2pts

    LUNCH

    Velvet crunch
WW bagel with salad and ham
    Grapes

    DINNER

Stir fried egg and veg rice (brown rice, courgette, chick peas, onion, pepper, egg, soy sauce and peas)
    Alpro chocolate pudding 3pts

Will probably have some fruit later.
