Hi, I have lost over 4 stone on SW but was stuck in a rut and needed a change so here I am, I did 2 days of points but wasn't keen so I am doing Simply Filling which I am really enjoying it is nice to have bread and also grab a sandwich for lunch, will post the days so far, then update everyday, weigh in is a Tuesday morning as doing it online
If I have done something wrong please yell as it is all new to me
THURSDAY
Breakfast
Tesco oat cereal made with skimmed milk
1tbsp golden syrup 1p
banana
Lunch
Bagel with ham and salad
Pot salad 1p for mayo
Packet of velvet crunch 2p
Kiwi
Dinner
Mushroom, chick pea and spinach curry
Brown rice
FRIDAY
Breakfast
2 x Crumpets
Choc Philli 3pts
Apple
Kiwi
Lunch
Same as yesterday
Dinner
Quorn fajita
Wedges
Corn on the cob
I am off out for a bottle of wine and pizza tonight but I walk a hell of a lot in the week with having 4 dogs plus a foster dog so I am hoping my exercise points will cover it this week if not I am not going to worry as I rarely go out due to husband working nights and having an 8 year old so I am going to enjoy myself![]()

There are a few of us on here which have swapped from SW at the moment. I jumped ship a few weeks ago and so far am really enjoying it. Food looks good so far. Hope you enjoy your night out.
