Simply Filling after VLCD and refeed
Thnking of coming to SF after ive finished my refeed week as i want to stick to a high protein, low fat diet and think this is the best bet for me.
Was wondering if stock cubes are ok to use or would i have to dip into my 49?? Thinking of making home made veg soup but need the cubes for stock.

Oxo cubes are free so I never count them even of I use more than one. SF is a great plan. Best of luck.
