    SF longterm

Was wondering if you think SF is safe enough longterm as i've heard a couple different views on it.

Thing is i'm coming back to WW but i dont think PP is suitable for me due to medical issues. I can only eat certain things so trying to reach points targets for the day would be no good. (eating for the sake of it basically) I've had a good long look at the foodlist and think it would be a good plan for me due to the low fat nature of it.

    All opinions appreciated.

Don't really have much of an answer for you I am afraid but didn't want to read and run as I noticed you hadn't had any response to this.

I don't see why, generally speaking, SF wouldn't be "safe" as a longterm eating plan as it just encourages us to eat mainly clean, healthy foods like fruit, veg, lean proteins and wholegrain carbs. If you have specific health concerns I would say its possibly worth discussing it with a GP or practice nurse just to get their perspective.
