    Mumxof2x's Simply Filling/Pro Points Diary x x

Hi everyone, well here is my first post I have used minimins in the past but I have rejoined for a fresh start. I rejoined Weight Watchers last night after faffing around with different diets since my son was born in January. I can't believe he's 10 months old and I am heavier that I was when I had him. Ideally I would like to lose around 3.5 stone, maybe 4. I have decided to follow Simply Filling with the odd Propoint day here and there. I generally can't be doing with weighing everything you see. I have done a bit or research into Simply Filling and have seen that some people tweek the plan a little, I am going to do this in the hope that it will fit with my life better, even if my losses are a little slower. The tweaks will be any wholemeal bread/wraps etc and any fat free yoghurts. Nothing major x

Anway here we go, I've been super busy so far today so have not eaten much, going to get lunch soon tho x

Hi there. Welcome (back) to the boards. Looks like a pretty reasonable start but I would agree that including more fruit and veg would probably help.

    Hope today went well too.
