    Question Filling & Health Advice

    Hi all,

changing to F&H as of today. Have been following PP but my Reflux flared so havnt been able to eat barely any points. I think F&H would be better for me as i wont be eating processed foods etc.

Thing is have a few queries as my leader wasnt too informative. I know WW branded bread is fine but would i be ok to use the wraps? Also any updated cereal products? (will be using shredded wheat anyways) Also would the hartleys sugar free jellys be ok to have? If not i'd be willing to use 1pp a day for a WW yog.

    Thanks in advance.

    Lisa x

    Hi Lisa,

The ww wraps are on the filling and healthy list as far as I'm aware so you can use them instead of bread if you prefer. As far as cereal is concerned the only ones I really use are porridge and sometimes weetabix (weetabix now f+h) but unsure of any others. And the jelly is fine aslong as its sugar free hope I've been of some help.

    Goodluck,
    Dan x
