    Hi,

    Jamie Oliver posted this recipe on his twitter and its 100% SF

    So it's crumpet eggy bread.

    Wisk 2 eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Soak 4 crumpets in the mixture (absorbs nice and quick) then fry in a pan. I used olive oil. You need to flip them so both sides cook
    Serves 2

    Then he said to serve with bacon, baked beans or maple syrup.

    It tasted great, I recommend you all give it a 'fry'
