    Will i gain on pro points

    Hi all I just wondered if any of you do a mix of pro points and filling healthy and if it effects your weight loss. I've done healthy filling since Xmas and lost 2 1/2 stone but this week I'm wanting to try pro points but am frightened that although I will be within points I might not make as healthier choices. Hope that makes sense and hope someone can put my mind at rest xx

    I asked my leader this last week and she said it makes no difference what you do you should still loose the same. I like having a mix but prefer pp as I tend to use my weeklies abd have a cheeky treat x

    i maybe have one or two days doing pp instead of SF and doesnt seem to make a difference. although you may make slightly more unhealthier choices on pp you are restricted to keep within ur points allowance so that keeps you from going too mad then bulking up on salads & veg to fill you up. its very handy to have as an option x
