Is this section the new system?
Im going to do Filling & Healthy, as I find it difficult counting points and working out points and portions.
Is "Simply Filling" the same? Or are you guys in this section of the forum doing it the old way?!
Lost 2stone and got to Goal in 2010. Now put a majority back on!

Simply filling and filling and healthy are the same just different people call it different things, hope that helps x
