What's Simple Start all about????

Hi everyone,

I am thinking of joining WW as I've had some success with this in the past, but I always get fed up with counting every single thing!

Anyway, I see they have a new plan out - Simple Start, which sounds interesting, but I wondered if anyone could give me some more info about it as I don't want to sign up without understanding exactly what it is.

Thanks lovely people - I'm looking forward to getting rid of many excess pounds!)

Thanks dagbird2001. What sort of food is free? Is it a bit like Slimming World - lean meat, fruit and veg, pasta etc? Are you allowed any kinds of breads or cheeses or are these the "treats"?
Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure I understand it before I sign up

Sorry hun only just see ur reply. It is very similar to slimming world. Basically all ur lean meats r free. Ham chicken slices too. Most fish I believe. U r allowed calorie controlled bread as free food. As well as shredded wheat or puffed wheat. Ur milk as long as it's skimmed is free too. Pasta is free as long as it's whole meal same with rice. Fruits n veg r free too. Cheese would be one of ur extra treats.
I been on it since Thursday n I prefer it to the points. I don't feel like I'm hungry. Will see what the scales say on wed though :) xx

Hi there I'm new to this forum as well. Been on sw for the past 4 mths and lost 1 stone 8 pds so doing ok but my friend was telling me about the new eating plan from ww. I like the fact u can eat bread freely. I enjoyed sw but don't like pasta so when everyone was filling up on pasta dishes I struggled. Looking for some more info as I've only got a small idea from my friend
