Simple start ekk!

Hi all first day of simple start today, I'm really nervous I'm going to gain weight I've been pp since October, 5lb from goal! The ladies in my group have had some amazing losses (I had my first gain this week only half a pound but I'm devastated, I went ott with food and booze so my own fault) I must say I'm not hungry with this plan but it's only day1... Today I've had porridge with blueberries and banana, 2crumpets with 2 poached eggs, the bake in the bag thing with different veggies and a chicken Brest, blueberries and 0% yogurt, 2 treats being ww cakes :( ... Water, Caffeine free diet coke and teas and coffees with red milk... Does that sound about right? I'm not sure I quite understand the plan, so nervous! Ekk

So breakfast was crumpets with scrambled egg and a cup of tea for lunch I have some left over veggies from last night was thinking mix them up with quark and have with a baked potato, was thinking asparagus and haddock for dinner for a snack 0% yogurt with fruit and will most likely have both treats. Skinny latte from costa would be ok? As for drinks it will be teas coffees and diet coke...
 
That sounds like a good day, I dont no much about treats as I only done the normal f&h but I suspect if u only have the coffee and one other treat it would b fine for a treat :-D

Good morning! Been up since 7.30 time for breakfast poached egs and crumpets!! Going to make moussaka type thing for dinner haven't decided on lunch yet

And on my own scale I've lost a pound! :D high hopes for wi this week I'd be over the moon at two pound!!!

My god I'm soooo full today! I've had my eggs and crumpets my left over veggies from last night with a dollop of cottage cheese porridge blueberrys with 0% yogurt instead of doing a moussaka I cooked up the extra lean mince with an onion a few spices and a tin of tomatoes and had with whole meal cous cous! Had one treat after breakfast as I still felt hungry and banana for snack :( feel like it's way 2 much I'll see what my scale says in the morning I guess
 
Yes the extra lean mince beef is free, thats not too much at all and I wouldn't go by what the scales say each day as the littlest thing can effect ur daily weight!

Yeah it does so many things change it! Plan for today is blueberries with banana &yogurt when I drag my bum out of bed! Lunch will be some mince i kept to one side with a baked spud, dinner roasted veggies (with fry light spray, just on the bottom of baking tray) and a chicken breast. Not sure about treats will see how I go... Trying to quit smoking this week as well fingers crossed I get my 2lb off and a smoke free week! :D
 
Changed up dinner had crumpets and beans if I'm hungry later might have my third banana of the day...
 
Crumpets and quark with a boiled egg for breakfast :) lunch will be a baked spud with beans or something diner chicken veggies and maybe some whole wheat pasta

Yeah I am enjoying it but I'll wait til wi on Thursday I'm not feeling overly confident :/

Oh.my.god. I'm in love! Smushed up banana with 2 eggs beaten together =banana pancake popped a few blueberries and a dollop of zero yogurt! Sooo sooo sooooo nice! Anyways food plan for the day... Started with porridge and a dash of cinnamon lunch medium size plate of roasted veggies (2 tea spoons of olive oil) BANANA PANCAKE!!! Dinner will be chicken and broccoli and possibly mushrooms followed by the yogurt with blueberries! If I've had a loss following this plan I think I'll be sticking to it! :D
 
I'm so completely stuffed! I will be super shocked if I do get a loss.... I have a night out this weekend so (If I've lost any) will stick to this but add weekly points so I can have a few cheeky vodka diet cokes! Fingers crossed for tomorrow's wi!!! I've stuck to it (from what I understand) so I'll be annoyed if I don't have a loss :/
