Hello Everyone,

I have been on Weight Watchers at beginning of last year & i have recently now started back on it again, Can someone explain how simply filling works as i am doing it myself at home.

do you still have the 49 weekly points?
is everything listed on the website free foods to eat or do you have to add them as points?
does anybody have any simply filling recipes or ideas?

Appreciate the help.

Thank-You
xx

I'm not following the plan at the moment as I'm pregnant but I did do it last year and lost great weight.

So if you find the list of filling and healthy foods.
Pretty much all fruit and veg, certain breads and crumpets, most lean meat, skimmed milk, Wholemeal pasta and rice is all free.
The you get 49 weeklies for foods outside of this list.

I did 3 or 4 simply filling days and the rest I propointed.

On the simply filling plan you also get a oil allowance.

Simple Start is slightly different and I don't know much about it.

With simple start you don't get 49 weeklies. You can have 2 treats each day such as 40g cheddar cheese, 2 chocolate square etc there is a list of what you can have. Principle still the same as simply filling brown rice and pasta etc and 2 teaspoons of healthy oil.

Everything highlighted in green or in green writing is free on simply filling. You can download a list from website. They have a filling & healthy cookbook now.
