Hi all I've signed up to WW online this evening and having WI on a Saturday morning as it's the easiest day for me.

I'm going to do the filling & healthy plan I think (I've just left SW) and think it's very similar but I like the WW app it keeps me on track and I find it less restrictive with having the 49 weeklies if required plus I can enjoy my oat so simple without having to syn it like SW made me do!! ?

Does everyone use the full 49 weeklies on F&H and how does it effect your losses if you do or don't???

I have 2st 7lb left to lose and I want this gone ready for my Florida trip in October ?

Any tips welcomed x
 
I'm a newbie too but went straight into propoints as that's what I know! I downloaded the value diary app which was £2 and it tracks everything for you everything..
I haven't looked into the new guide with all the free foods
I am going to try and find some info on it on here if poss.
My first weigh in and I lost 6lbs and I used my 49points at the weekend

I've done pro points before and lost over a stone and a half, I might revert back to that if I don't get on with F&H.

Ahh thanks Hun I'm chuffed with that.. Iv prepared all my salads for lunch next week! I think preparation is key hey
 
Planning definitely is the key. I've made batches of zero point soup and frozen it to fill me up for lunches at work. I'm restricting my bread allowance.
I love making pizzas using warburtons squarish wraps too.

I weigh in on a Friday always have Hun as the weekend I use my treats for..
What about you?

I'm weighing in on a Saturday morning

Use the warburtons squarish wrap as base add tomato purée then any zero point veg (red onions, peppers mushrooms) add anything else you want Ham & pineapple I add half fat cheddar cheese and then bake in the oven for about 5-10 mins until base crisp they're really yummy x

ive also stuck to propoints as simple start is a lot like sw and i didnt get
on well with that!
i like the portion control n like counting my points etc!
i also weigh on a friday :) x

I've decided I'm doing PP I've planned meals for today and I'll get weighed on a Friday morning the same as you guys :) I'll just be a few days short my first week but it'll all work out in the end :)
