I everyone, I just joined WW on Monday online, I have decided to follow filling and healthy and see how I get on.
I have followed WW for several months now by going to a group I started off at 13st 5lbs and now I'm down to 10st 12lb so I know it works,I can't go to a group for a while so have joined online, I have got a bit fed of counting everything I eat so I thought I'd experiment with filling and healthy, I feel a tad nervous about it but if it doesn't work I can go back to counting points, I really want it to work. i think to be realistic I will give this 1 month to start with and take it from there. I though I'd blog my journey to keep me motivated and share tips with fellow WW's.
Even though I joined on Monday I have set my WI day as Saturday morning, ( gives me a more relaxed weekend to partake in a bit of grape therapy and have a full week to undo the damage, a girls gotta still have fun) so my first at home WI might only be a 1/2 lb to a 1lb . ( hopefully)
So far this week Monday I've had B- porridge with fruit and cinnamon L- cottage cheese salad D- cottage or was it shepherds pie I'm never quite sure
Tuesday B -same L- wholewheat couc Cous with coriander and mint chicken sweetcorn tomato and chicken D- hairy bikers Spanish chicken
I used 5 of my 49 weeklies had to point the. Cottage cheese as 2 as I had bought the wrong one also pointed the chirizo in my dinner last night 2pp and 1pp for a stock melt in my Cous Cous. I've not felt hungry at all.
Now on F&H you can have WW wraps and bread but I'm keeping these to a minimum of an occasional treat I have a bit of a carb addiction that I need to keep on top of.
I look forward to sharing this experiment with you and hope some fellow WW's will join me.
