Filling and healthy journey an experiment

I everyone, I just joined WW on Monday online, I have decided to follow filling and healthy and see how I get on.
I have followed WW for several months now by going to a group I started off at 13st 5lbs and now I'm down to 10st 12lb so I know it works,I can't go to a group for a while so have joined online, I have got a bit fed of counting everything I eat so I thought I'd experiment with filling and healthy, I feel a tad nervous about it but if it doesn't work I can go back to counting points, I really want it to work. i think to be realistic I will give this 1 month to start with and take it from there. I though I'd blog my journey to keep me motivated and share tips with fellow WW's.
Even though I joined on Monday I have set my WI day as Saturday morning, ( gives me a more relaxed weekend to partake in a bit of grape therapy and have a full week to undo the damage, a girls gotta still have fun) so my first at home WI might only be a 1/2 lb to a 1lb . ( hopefully)
So far this week Monday I've had B- porridge with fruit and cinnamon L- cottage cheese salad D- cottage or was it shepherds pie I'm never quite sure
Tuesday B -same L- wholewheat couc Cous with coriander and mint chicken sweetcorn tomato and chicken D- hairy bikers Spanish chicken
I used 5 of my 49 weeklies had to point the. Cottage cheese as 2 as I had bought the wrong one also pointed the chirizo in my dinner last night 2pp and 1pp for a stock melt in my Cous Cous. I've not felt hungry at all.
Now on F&H you can have WW wraps and bread but I'm keeping these to a minimum of an occasional treat I have a bit of a carb addiction that I need to keep on top of.
I look forward to sharing this experiment with you and hope some fellow WW's will join me.

Welcome and yes I'm the same about eating to much, when I track the food I'm eating I look at the suggested portion size for the carb stuff and do weigh that as I think that is where my downfall would be, but I've only weighed it once in a bowl so I know what a portion looks like, hopefully that will help?
How have you gotten on since Monday? How are you finding it? X

    So Wednesdays food was
B usual porridge but with strawberries ( to keep portion control I use the packet porridge)
L I had left over hairy biker dinner with some left over Cous Cous.
I had a friend visit me today and she brought me shortbread biscuits so had 1 @ 2pp
D my Hubby and daughter wanted chicken Kiev and chips so left them to it, I wasn't hungry after such a big lunch so just had a skimmed milk coffee but later on was peckish and had 2 more of the biscuits 4pp.
Not a great start but as I didn't have dinner on top maybe it won't be too bad
So 11 of my weeklies used already, I know it doesn't sound a lot out of my 49 but I've got a party to go to on Saturday so I'm trying to save the the copious amount of alcohol that may go my way ;0)

Thoughts so far are that filling and healthy takes a degree of planning ahead, with pointing I would eat then point and see what I have left, but with that any points I had left I would splurge on unhealthy, stuff something I really want to stop which was a big part of changing to F&H but hey this is a journey not a race.
So off now to plan the rest of today think I may spend some time looking at recipes ( thankfully I'm home for a few more weeks so I have time to do this without the distraction of work) my plan is to build up a folder of suitable breakfasts, lunches and dinners that way take the stress and strain out of the dreaded " what's for dinner question" well that's my plan if the distraction of minimins and daytime telly doesn't get in the way ;0)

Good luck and yes the weeklies are there to be enjoyed, I had a v&t with mine last night. I thought about doing both plans but for now I've decided to just do the one so I know which one works, I'll weigh in tomorrow morning ( after a bottle of wine and steak dinner tonight~ well it is valentines day:0) ) Does your hubby work away then? X

I've been off track a few times and gained but have now lost what I gained over the past few week's. I am currently mixing my days with f&h and pp so it gives me a bit more flexibility. I am enjoying it but need to work harder and take it more seriously so hopefully I'll have another loss next week.

I'm a bit the same I get good and bad weeks but I try and stick with the 80/20 rule that way it kind of balances out. I worked out yesterday that I only need to loose 14lb to get into the heathy range( the top end of it but still ) I am so excited by this and think that I can do this. X
