Hi, I've been pointing for a few months now and have never done a filling and healthy day but I've just been reading the foods and I'm going to give it a go from next week so I'm just planning ahead and have a few questions.
Are muller lights free? Is sweet corn free?
And also what are classed as the 2 treats? I follow the online plan but I only have my iphone at the minute and can't seem to find the info anywhere.
