I have some newbie questions.....
What is the silver 7? Is it for every 7lbs?
Also, those of you that have had some success already in weight loss, can you suggest some ways of keeping hunger at bay? I tried drinking more water but it makes my tummy rumble![]()
Yep silver 7 is 7lbs! The weigher will put a shiny 7 sticker in your weigh in book
Have you tried frozen grapes? Or the WW sweets? They usually sort me out! You can find the sweets on the WW website or in meetingsI also eat tinned fruit but make sure you drain it!

Frozen grapes sound like a great idea! Its really warm here at the moment, the kids would probably like them too. Had a tuna wrap for lunch, I had no idea how many calories those wrap things have.....and how much sugar. Could have eaten another 8 or so but settled for half, 140 cals in total.
I can see that I might have to hide the scales too. I can't help but hop on in the mornings. I am a scales junkie! Hopefully when I lose the weight I will sales junkie instead. I am so bored of my fat clothes.

I have a tuna wrap most days for lunch with Quavers or WW crisps and fruit!
Fruit cocktail definitely keeps me goingcrudites at hand like babycorn carrots celery etc? Anything that takes a bit longer to eat

Good luck everyone :-) I've set my Christmas target for 21lbs by Christmas, but if I lose this before Christmas I will most likely reset the goal!! Bring it on woo xx
