    I am a failure.....put on 1.5 this week. Think its mainly to do with lack of eating last week while doing the play.......needed to avoid having to use the loo!!
    Back on track this week though. Need that 50lb certificate by March!!

    I keep forgetting about them I will start wearing them to bed! They are obvious under my leggings so I forget them at the gym

    stayed in points but had most of my weeklies on sunday. i've also started exercising (30 day shred) and my waist has expanded by just under 2 inches, so assuming it's water retention with the exercise.
