    I realise no one has posted on this thread for a while but if anyone is still around I would like to join please. I have been a Slimming World member on and off for around 5 years and have always done well with it until I get to the point where I'm about half way to my target and then lose track, stop going and gain weight until I'm heavier than when I joined! Three babies in 3 and a half years hasn't helped and I'm now the heaviest I've ever been. I always said I would never join Weight Watchers but I need to shift the weight and am lacking the motivation with Slimming World so thought I would try something new. I have just finished my first week and lost 3.5lbs, so not the kind of impressive loss you get on the first week at SW but I've been able to eat food that I never could before so I'm sticking with it for now!

    Can I join please?

    I'm constantly switching between the two and after doing a week on sw I'm back to ww today. Need to stop the switching so throwing my sw books out and going to try mixing pp with simply filling. The sw consultant I had was not very good which really didn't help and on days I work nights I really need the flexibility of pp. Hopefully we can all keep each other on the ww wagon because I can almost gurantee in a couple of weeks ill be wanting to switch.     I just switched and joined ww two weeks ago. I like the mentality of slimming world because I think it's healthier and more natural not to have to count. I'm trying to do mostly Healthy & Filling/Simply Filling days because it helps me to avoid the 'diet' mentality but sometimes it's nice to have a pizza or doughnuts on the propoints plan

    Hey Bella-slimmer,

    I'm going to try and do five out of seven days on filling and healthy then probably point on weekends. I find if I pp all the time I get fed up really quickly and use them on bad foods so with filling and healthy ill be less inclined to do this. Is nice though to be able to have a normal pizza or go out for food without having to break my diet like I did on sw. Also some of the food tweaks just put me off, I mean how can smash pizza be healthy???

    Fingers crossed this will be the last time I switch, just trying to get into the right mentality. Good luck on your weightloss journey,

    I lost 4 1/2 stone with WW about 6 years ago, but put it all back on again when I went to uni and stopped tracking. I have tried SW twice and just can't take to it. So I am coming back to WW. I have about 5 stone to lose.

    How you finding pp so far? Got to be honest but I'm struggling to get into it was thinking about switching again but this time I refuse lol.

    I've got about 5st to lose in total aswel so know its going to take sometime and I think the sooner I accept that and just get on with it the better.

    I used to do SW but my portion sizes were out of control... and I was wanting a change...

    I took the plunge and am doing WW online..... not sure how long I'll keep the sub up for though.

    Enjoying the change and trying hard not to feel guilty over turning my back on SW.
