I want to join, I've not quite taken the step just yet but am def wanting to try something diff, I eat to much on sw and really need to watch my portions, quite fancy the healthy filling plan I think, xx

hi all, I would love to come and join you lovely lot starting MondayI have done sw for about a year and after initially doing pretty well (managed to get 3.5 st off) I have fallen off the wagon a number of times and regained a st
so going to give this a go! have the members pack already and with 17 week till my holiday I'm hoping for a miracle lol x

2012 - lost 15lbs
Jan - Apr 2013 - lost 17.5lbs
7 May 2013 - lost 1.5lbs
Minigoal 1- lose 2lbs to get 2 stone sticker by 26/3 (14.6) Done!!!!
Minigoal 2- lose 7lbs to get 2.5 stone sticker by 14/5 (13.13)....1lb to go!
Minigoal 3- lose 7lbs to get 3 stone sticker by 9/7 (13.6)

Hope everyone is doing well. I am having a rather stressful time as OH is in hospital but the plan is much easier to stick to in these sorts of times as nothing is restricted so i'm feeling pretty confident!
