    Hi everyone sorry not been on been do busy and tired recently. I'm a pound down which for my target is not doing as well as I wanted to but I know although I've pointed I've ate far too much bread! So I can address that. I know when I'm on TOTM I could eat everything in sight crave sugar and cheese so much so well done for that! Hope everyone is having a nice day x

    Hey ladies well done on your losses this week. Hules thats a fab loss hun! Ive been so disappointed, its kind of disheartened me but i am trying to stick to my points. I need to start being more organised!! Weekends are my downfall so tomorrow morning im making zero point soup to help me through it lol.

    Lou, a pound is a pound! And all weight off is good. I've cut down on my bread too as it seems to just sit in my stomach a bit. couldn't cut it all out though far too convenient! I'm sure you'll be fine and have a great loss next week!

    Rach don't be disappointed you can do it! just get tracking and stick to your points x soup is definitely the way to go.

    I feel totally focused at the mo, I'm on holiday countdown and I will NOT be this plump when I go. I'm tracking absolutely everything and not going over my points. Plus the running seems to be helping. Hopefully this week will be good too! Come on ladies we can do it!

    Murder mystery went well, I was the murderer as usual (seems to always be me, its the part I play! ) chips were definitely the best bit though (which they bloomin' should be as I counted 16 points for them!

    What's everyone up to this weekend? How did weigh in go nibbs? What soup shall we make? :-)

    Hi everyone!
    Lou, a pound off is a pound off! It's the right direction
    Rach don't worry, I had a bit of a blergh week last week, totally lost my motivation and found it hard to track everything, this week I'm back with a complete head change, I need to do this! You'll be fine, you can do it!
    ahh Hules, you always get me motivated! You're always so upbeat and positive about it! The running does sound like its a massive help, I suppose I'd be a bit like 'well I made the effort of going on a run, don't want to undo it with food' so they go hand in hand. 16 points! Wow, bet they were worth it though!!
    Weigh in this morning wasn't too bad, I lost a pound. Better off than on! And with TOTM, and a couple of drinks when I went out, I'm glad I lost at all to be honest!
    This weekend is just a chilled one, my boyfriends car broke down on his way here last night so he didn't make it up. He's on a train now though as we have theatre tickets for tonight which he got me for Christmas! What's everyone up to this weekend?
    I might try and make a carrot soup this week sometime, my all time favourite!

    Carrot soup is yum, we often pop an apple in too x were going for a cauliflower and broccoli from an Old 123 success recipe book think we are going to use curry spices too to warm it up- can't wait!

    Hey ladies, how has your weekend gone? Mines been nice, relaxing. Made soup yesterday for tea and had homemade pizza for lunch - yum! Chicken Caesar for tea today and I've just made some mini scones :-P for a point each.

    Other than that I've only been to Tesco a couple of times, its been quite nice actually after rushing around so much this last week.

    Nice to have a weekend just to chill ooh homemade pizzas..been craving pizza for ages!
    My weekend has been good so far, went to ye theatre last night to watch 'one man two guvnors' and it was bloody brilliant! Other than that, we've also had a chilled one here.
    I'm a bit stuck for ideas for lunch! Seem to be having the same things over and over again, often with bread and I wanna try and get away from carbs. What meals are your guys' favourites?

    Hey hun,
    Glad you had a good weekend Mines been nice and relaxed too. Spent both days with hubs and daughter and went for lovely long walk yesterday and chilled out today.
    Made the zero point veg soup too, turned out well!
    Just really hoping for a good loss Tuesday now! Xx

    How's it going ladies?

    I've gone over today (by a point) - I had a bit of a munch sesh when I found my car wouldn't start this morning and had only exactly enough points left for tea - then couldn't resist the taster of chinese food at Beavers. Never mind, I'll make it up tomorrow. The other thing is that I went over on my ankle a little bit on my run yesterday. I didn't think anything of it, but it's hurting today. I'll rest it for a day or two, but I'll be seriously peeved if I have to stop running as I don't want to do anything else! I feel a bit mardy this evening, I think perhaps I need an early night!?

    Nibbs, my faves are pizza made on par baked bread(half a baguette 2.5), ketchup (0.5) and tom puree mixed for the sauce, extra light phil (1), a peperami(1) or parma ham (0.5) on top and onion and red pepper (total about about 5); Jacket potato; omelette; chicken caesar salad; pasta salad; soup. Can't think of anything else of hand!

    Hmmmm not a good weigh in. According to old scales (that I've used up til now) I put on a pound!? According to brand new very accurate scales I put on 3! What to go by? I may have to reweigh again tomorrow and see. Not cheated at all so a bit miffed. Not TOTM either.

    So, I weighed in again this morning and old scales say I've now lost a pound and new ones say I've gained 1.5. Better than before I guess but what was going on??? Anyway I'm going to go with todays reading Also means I'm in the next stone band hoorah!

    As for the new scales I do like them, they are very simple and no nonsense but think I will wait for a good loss before I cross over totally! Wait for a time where I can absorb the difference.
