I find the first week okay when I'm really motivated, I don't get passed 3 days if I'm not! 2nd week is harder but was okay this time. This week I feel really motivated as I've already lost half a stone. Hooray
coming on here has really helped x

Actually, I appear to be snacking too. I've been eating lovely meals that are low points but inbetween having low point but not overly nutritious snacks. One or two would be fine, but I don't always stop there. It's when I get home around 5 and wait for hubby to get home for tea - then tea is really low points because it has to be!
Hmm, I guess I know what I need to do...right, aiming for ONE snack after work only unless it's fruit and then healthy meals. I've not gone over my points at all, just feeling a bit blurgh too.
On a plus note, skirt felt looser today
kept spinning round!
