    12's into 11's

    Couldnt see a thread for this and apologies if I just didn't look hard enough! I joined the 12stone sthgers today at 12st 11.5 I think - maybe 12st11 (I was too excited to remember) but would love continue support to make it into the 11s!!

    Mini Goals
    1: Get to under 13 stone
    2. work hard to lose 10% of starting weight (18lb) - 11st9
    3. Get under 11 stone
    4 Get to target!

    Ah cool our little group is growing!! Well I have been sick so weigh in is Tuesday but I'm gonna create a list - add ur names and loss while we are striving for 11's!

    Yay! 2.5 is fab! that's a great start to the stone x

    I managed to get under 13 by the skin of my teeth last week and sneaky peeks on the scales haven't been positive so I'm really just hoping for any loss tomorrow. My losses seem to have come to a bit of a standstill, don't know why! ? I'm back running this week, hopefully it'll make a difference.

    I really need to start drinking more water but exercise for me is just more walking & dancing on the wii with my daughter cos I'm not really the running or gym sort.

    Hi I was wondering if I could Join as well. I did WW over a year ago and got from 14 down to 12stone, then I gave up for a while, and as of New year I was 13stone again. The middle of January I signed back up to WW and currently am at 12st 7.2 lb ( I was a little less, but a weekend of partying, alcohol and takeaways gave me a 2lb gain ) However I am really struggling to find the motivation this time, I so want to loose it but the craving for chocolate and all things bad is killing me. Anyway I figured that with the help of others it keeps you on the straight and narrow so to speak lol, and its alwasy so insperational to hear of others hitting their goals. Good luck to everyone

    I lost a pound this week though on my old scales I am 12.12, on my new ones I am still 13.0 1/2 (waiting until the right moment to switch over). However, a pound's a pound and I'll take it!
