210lb to loose! :-(

Hiya,

I am new again god that sounds depressing! I have 210lb's to loose starting fresh AGAIN from 5th August. Any one got that much to loose?

Thanks for asking, I'm doing oky sticking to my points although weigh in is on thursday evening and Ive hurt my foot so I'm un able to exercise so I'm worried wont have lost as much as I'd hoped as I love to play badminton/swimming. :-(

Have you got much to loose?

Ive stuck to my points but dont feel like ive lost any this week :-( Might try reducing my points as I am having so many
 
Hey Sarah,

I wouldn't reduce your points as you should still lose even without exercise. Instead maybe leave your weeklies if you don't feel like you need them or only use some of them.

As for weigh in good luck :) if you stuck to your points then you should have a loss. I struggle just to stick with my points as I'm an emotional eater so eat when happy, sad etc so generally all the time lol.

Hopefully your foot will get better soon so you can include exercise to increase your weight loss but if you just aim for any loss then you shouldn't get disappointed. If you put amounts of how much you want to lose each week you'll end up disappointed if you don't hit it instead of a positive that you have lost weight (hope that makes sense).

I have about 65lbs to lose to be the top end of healthy bmi but have been trying to lose it for years now. I struggle to stick with it even for a day :( hoping this time it will be the last time as its making me so miserable.

Thanks hun, I have started and re-started so many times it's un real. We can do it this time I'm sure. Weigh in is tomorrow so i shall let you know x
 
Hi Sarah! I came across your thread and wondered if you'd checked out the section of Minimins that's especialky for people with a lot to lose? It's under Slimming Clubs, down at the bottom I think. It's known as WEMITTs, for We Mean It This Time! There are folks on there doing all sorts of different plans, but what they have in common is having a lot to lose, and it's a very lively sub-forum. Maybe I'll see you there! :) xx

i am very similar to you. I'm currently 22st 1lb and want to get down to 11st ish!

Hi I started 5 weeks ago at 19st 3.5lb and needed to lose 130lb so far I've lost 28lbs so another 102lb to go.

How much do you want to lose in 12 weeks?
Im hoping to lose 2lb a week as I think I could do that and if I lose more its a bonus, lost 4.5lb this week:) xx
 
2 stone is just about achievable, 2lb a week is 24lbs so your only 4lbs off so you could do it hun :) im on 35pp now I started on 40 but finding it ok just had to cut down my snacks now but doing ok how are you finding it? When is your wi hun? Xx
 
Hi my weigh in is a Tuesday night, I'm on 46 pp a day and I'm managing fine, feel like I'm eating more than before but better choices, you've done so well, have you been exercising much? X
