Of course anyone can join! I am still eating badly, but not overeating. That can only be a plus, right? I'm slowly learning when to stop eating. I still need to get my head into healthy eating mode though. I weighed today, not official, but just a check in. I was 1lb up from the day before and I had a bit of a panic today about it. However, I have half a big bag of crisps, and half a bag of peanuts left, as well as a whole bar of Crunch chocolate, and I have no intention on bingeing on them. I think that was a close call! So yeah, besides it being badddd food, I am getting to grips with eating until I am full. Plus resisting chocolate. I'll have to see what I weigh in the morning, but I think I'm going to try have my slim fast shakes to kick start the metabolism in the mornings, without feeling like I'm eating. As weird as it sounds, but if I can go without breakfast, I'm less likely to eat crap. It's like once I eat, the 'seal' is broken, and it means I can have a nice lunch without feeling like I'm on a diet.
