    sticking to what I know

    Hi, I lost 8 stone following the old ww points plan.i then struggled to lose anymore weight.i didnt know it was because I had hypothyroidism (under active thyroid), I then became very ill and put on 2 stone.when I was diagnosed with cfs I decided to join slimming world and ive struggled so much.i think its because I prefer food which is more convenient than having to cook from scratch. Ive decided to get back to old points because it worked before so im giving it another shot.:-)
