Hi Danders.

i posted earlier before realising the WW boards seems to be dormant. I'd love to join you if you wish.

I can't join a class as there is none near me and I can't afford the online fees, so I'm doing it alone. I've been reading about Pro points all day and i think the old points suit me best.

I have no books or calculator though so I will have to google everything. I'd love the support.

I have 3/4 stone to lose to feel like myself again.

I tried to start today but failed miserably. I'm on 19 points. I'll try again tomorrow. I'm blaming pre-TOTM. I know that I can do this!
 
Hi Danders, i need a buddy - i have loads to lose! I need to dig out my old books and calculator and get focussed - will start next Monday. I know you failed to start but i think it might be because it's still ( sorta ) Christmas! Good luck and i will check in later.

Glad to hear you are restarting too. How much weight would you like to lose?

I'd like to lose 2 stone and don't really mind how long it takes me. I'd really like to re-educate myself to stop binging which is really the source of my problem.

Finished the day on 19.5 pts. So half over. Not too bad really.
 
Ive got loads to lose unfortunately but this is the year im going to try and do it - am looking at about 6.5 stone but we shall see, its likely to be slowly slowly :) well done on your successful days so far - im starting today!

Thank god theres people here, Iv started today too after many attempted fails lolll, iv got 3 stone 5lbs to lose. I just need the will power to stick to it for longer then a week fingers crossed
I will post my daily menu if I get time everyday

Breakfast
1 waffle 1.5p
Half small can spaghetti hoops 1p
Tea 0.5p

Snacks
Juiced 1 pear, 1 apple, 50g blueberries 2p
Tea x2 1p

Lunch
Cheese toastie
2 slices medium slice bread 3p
10g flora light butter 0.5p
Low low sliced cheese 1.5p
Onions and pepper 0p
Wotsits 1.5p

Dinner
Jacket potato
200g potato 2p
20g flora light butter 1p
200g beans 2p
15g asda mild cheese 1.5p

I am restarting Weight Watchers Old Points from today. Would love to have some buddies to help me along my journey?!
 
After faffing about with Ww propoints and diet replacement shakes which just made me constipated I'm back and serious. I've got to do it this time. Otherwise the only way is up and putting on more weight.
 
Day 1: finished on 16/19 mostly carbs and soup. Quite an uninspiring menu so no point in me replicating it here.

Day 2 I'm hoping to make chicken breasts with WW's tandoori bag. I'm not sure of the points but as its only 1pp, I'm not expecting it to be much on VPs but I'll report back.

You all must shout at me if I go awol

Day 2 18.5/19. Happy with that.

The tandoori marinade was okay but not 'wow'. Not sure I would buy it again.

Day 3. 19.5/19. Have been snacking all day due to having a cold. Hope to feel better tomorrow.
 
Day 4

20/19. Gone over again. No excuse for it. But at least it's better than when I used to eat 5 packets of crisps in a row.

Pleased to have stuck to the plan for 4 days.
 
Day 5 19/19. Had SW fake-away kebab today. It was lovely.

Day 5 done and dusted. Well chuffed.
 
Day 6 - 19/19. Had the munchies all day though.
