It's a new month and summer is on its way. Anyone wanting a fresh start couldn't find a better day than today!!! Think of all of your gorgeous summer clothes you have hanging in your wardrobe. 30 days on plan? Come on, we can do it!!!!!

I'm thrilled to be going into April 5lbs lighter than I was in March!
 
Finishing the day within points. 20/20. Although I am hungry. I'm trying to eat more at mealtimes with no snacking in between. I'm wondering if that will help, ie I have a theory that it's not doing my metabolism any good to keep grazing. Any thoughts?
 
Another good day. Finishing 20/20 and went for a long walk. I'm determined to stay within my points for every day in April. There, said it now!
 
Finished today on 19/20 points. I'm only eating at mealtimes though. No snacking. I want to see if it makes a difference

Off the top of my head it's 1 pt per 20g. A handful could be 60g so I'd go with 3 if you can't weigh it. X
