    Well last night i was doing really well until my eldest happened to leave a couple of chocolates lying and i just couldnt resist. ended up only having 3 1/2 pts for dinner as i counted the chocs as 4pts

    Luckily i had a micro ww dinner in the freezer....chicken casserole only 3 pts and the other 1/2 i used for a coffee.

    Today has been so much better....late breakfast but it was so fab it was worth waiting for.

    ww bacon (2 slices= 1 pt) 2 slice toast (3pt) and low fat flora (1/2pt)

    amazing!!!
    Think im gonna have an egg mayo pitta for lunch so that will be 3 1/2 pts

    Dinner well thats something im gonna have to think about as my food shopping isnt coming till friday and i cant be bothered to go near any shops whilst its pouring with rain.

    Not been on for a few days...my eldests room was being decorated so everything was up in the air but thats now sorted so i can get back to spending lots of time on here

    Well weigh in this morning and another 1lbs off!! leaving me only 1lb away from my first target of 18lbs. Feels fantastic that i have managed to get this far.

    I will be bang on 11 stone and i so cant wait to see those 10's again.
    Havent saw them in over 7 years from when i fell pregnant with my 1st son.

    I now feel i need to start taking up some excercise so im going to start trying to get out for walks more...so long as the weather permits.

    Will try catching up with other diary's today then im off for some retail therapy as the designer outlet in livingston. Oh and my treat for lunch is gonna be a Nandos

    Im over the moon as i had a huge loss of 3lbs this week which saw me back in the 10's!!!

    Not been there for a LONG time.

    Im now 2lbs over my Crimbo target and in a healthy BMI. What a fantastic Crimbo present to give myself. The best of it is....I done all the hard work myself...noone else just me!!!

    Thanks everyone for so much support...this forum has been a huge help in keeping me on the straight and narrow

    Gonna have a sit and think about what i want my next target to be....
