Mini goal: July --> lose 30 kg/80 lbs... collect rewards along the way...well massive weightloss on hold!
Now to switch to a healthy pregnancy
Goal 1: get through week one, two, three, four
Goal 2: finish 1successful month ELLIE SAAB perfume
Goal 3: drink 3 liters of h2o everyday
Goal 4: lose 10%
Goal 5: stick with exercise program for a 1,2,3,4 weeks
Goal 6: lose 20%


Ive just really lost enthusiasm for my diary these days. I used to love updating it and getting my thoughts down but now its just not something I seem to be getting into
I feel really angry about the fact someones interferance and total badness has ruined the cathartic effect my diary updates used to have.....

Oh Sandy that is a shame that someone has spoiled this for you. I hope whatever has happened has not affected your diet as you are doing so well. Hopefully you shall come back and be in full posting mode soon
